Cognitive Impairment and Quality of Life of Patients Subjected to Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

Objective: To assess and correlate overall quality of life the cognitive function adult patients with hematologic cancer subjected to autologous allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantations up three years after treatment. Materials method: A longitudinal, observational, analytical study was conducted 55 in a reference hospital Latin America, from September 2013 February 2019, Quality Life Questionnaire-Core 30, analyzed Spearman’s correlation coefficient Generalized Linear Mixed Model tests. Results: Overall presented decline pancytopenia phase (59.3 55.3, respectively). There impairment group post-transplantation two (61.90) and, (74), pancytopenia. In group, positive (0.76) significant (p < 0.04) is observed between domain years. there (0.55) 0.00) 180 days transplantation. Conclusions: present transplantation for both groups: allogeneic.
